Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the United States who reside within the Davenport, IA – Moline, IL – Rock Island, IL Designated Market Area as defined by The Nielsen Company and who are thirteen (13) years of age or older.
Duration : The Soar Scholarship Contest (“Contest”) begins on January 17th, 2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on April 14th, 2023 (“Contest Period”).
